Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s (HBKU) Student Affairs yesterday held the inaugural Student Life Awards 2019 to honor current students for their contributions to the wider community through non-academic activities.
HBKU’s Student Affairs committee received and assessed more than 30 nominations based on solid criteria, including participation and involvement in the university’s informal learning environment – community service, community engagement, student leadership, and sports and non-sports competitions.
