Peer Support Networks
There is something uniquely valuable about receiving support from fellow students trained by mental health professionals. Our peer support forums provide this connection through interactive sessions held throughout the academic year. Led by trained Student Community Development Advisors in campus housing, these sessions offer a safe space to share experiences, raise awareness, and foster a campus culture where mental well-being is a shared priority.
Health and Wellbeing Enhancement Programs
We host workshops, events, and awareness campaigns designed to give you practical tools for managing stress, improving sleep, nurturing healthy eating habits, and building resilience, so you can thrive in both your academic and personal life.
Digital Mental Health Library
Looking to learn more about mental well-being or find ways to grow, reflect, and develop new skills? Our digital mental health library provides a quiet space to explore knowledge, offering carefully curated books, lectures, and articles that are accessible anytime and anywhere.
