CPP Sponsors International Conference on Policy Diffusion and Development Cooperation

The College of Public Policy (CPP) at Hamad Bin Khalifa University is a sponsor of the II International Conference on Policy Diffusion and Development Cooperation (II ICPDDC) taking place online. CPP has been closely involved in supporting the development of the overall conference program and the series of panels that began in January and will be presented throughout February, leading up to concluding plenaries in March. The global meeting is bringing together researchers from all over the world to discuss public policy diffusion, circulation, and development cooperation. Dr. Leslie A. Pal, dean of CPP, is also joining other scholars in contributing to the discussions and debate.

Dr. Pal will be participating in Panel 2, “Small States, Skilled Diplomacy and Policy Transfer”, on February 4, moderated by Osmany Porto, Universidade Federal de São Paulo. On March 22, Dr. Pal will speak at the concluding plenary “Public Policy Transfer: Now, After and Beyond the Global Pandemic”.
