CPP Builds Ties with Sharif University’s Policy Think Tank

Dr. Logan Cochrane, Associate Professor and Director of the Program on Governance, Resilience and Sustainability (PROGRESS) at the College of Public Policy (CPP), recently gave a presentation to the Governance and Policy Think Tank at Sharif University of Technology, Iran. His talk discussed “Whose Voice Matters in the Teaching and Learning of International Political Economy”.

The collaboration between CPP/HBKU and Sharif University emerged following the 10th AMEPPA conference, which CPP hosted at HBKU. The conference saw their respective scholars engaging and finding opportunities for new collaborations. This is the second talk given by a CPP faculty member at the Governance and Policy Think Tank. Earlier this year, Dr. Leslie A. Pal, CPP Dean, presented his research in a talk on “Policy Advisory Networks”.
