People CPP Professor Participates in International Advocacy Workshop

Dr. Anis Ben Brik, an associate professor at the College of Public Policy (CPP) at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), recently participated in the 8th Edition of the International Advocacy Workshop. Organized by the International Federation for Family Development, the three-day event featured experts, speakers and participants from 34 countries, representing UN agencies, research centers, academia, and Non-Governmental Organizations. Dr. Brik presented the preliminary findings of his international project on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on family life across cultures.
