Dr. Erik Ringmar posits that practices play a pivotal role in shaping religious beliefs. Contrary to conventional understanding, we participate in religious practices not merely because we believe, but rather, we believe as a result of our active engagement in these practices. Dr. Ringmar contends that European human rights legislation should be reexamined with this perspective in mind.
