Peer tutors are current students at Hamad Bin Khalifa University who maintain a high GPA. They provide one-on-one or small group assistance in courses they have excelled in. While they won’t solve homework problems or do your assignments, peer tutors will guide you through understanding course concepts to find your answers, build study skills, and become independent learners.

Peer tutors gain professional, leadership, and communication skills by facilitating their peers' learning. They also receive mentoring opportunities through weekly training meetings and individual meetings with their supervisors.

Becoming a peer tutor is an opportunity to build leadership, communication, and professional skills. Peer tutors also engage in weekly training and one-on-one mentoring with supervisors, helping to foster a sense of community and serve as role models for their fellow students.
