Doha residents staying active

For many, fasting during Ramadan results in disengagement from physical activities. Yet, as the CHLS' Dr. Lina Majed  observes, staying active during the Holy Month leads to better coping with fasting, better hydration status, while maintaining physical fitness and mental well-being.
