His Excellency Jonathan Wilks CMG, British Ambassador to Qatar, visited the College of Public Policy (CPP) recently to speak to students in the 'Specialization Lab' component of the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program.
During his visit, Ambassador Wilks gave a presentation on the importance of good governance and the rule of law. He also elaborated on the ongoing collaboration between the Embassy and the State of Qatar in these areas. Students had a chance to ask Ambassador Wilks questions after the presentation.
The MPP course gives students perspectives on real-world decision making through interaction and engagement with influential leaders and policymakers. CPP continuously creates these and other opportunities as part of its commitment to providing students a unique educational experience.
