A number of fitness classes are being organized at the request of several Qatar Foundation members, with the aim of improving the overall fitness levels of individuals and raising awareness on the importance of staying fit.
Fitness Class: Tabata
Tabata exercises involve high-intensity workouts that have fitness and weight-loss benefits.

Fitness Class: Abs and Core Workouts
These are fitness classes with many benefits that translate into both sports performance and affect aspects of daily life.

Fitness Class: Zumba
The many health benefits of Zumba exercises include its ability to burn calories, work out the entire body, boost metabolism, increase endurance, elevate mood, aid coordination, and improve confidence.

Fitness Class: Karate
Karate classes seek to improve the physical and mental health of participants, as well as build their self-esteem and strengthen their self-confidence.

Participants will receive the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout. If you get bored trotting along on a treadmill or elliptical, circuit training can fix that, too.

Fitness Class: Full Body Workout
Individuals who focus on working one muscle or a group of muscles or even one area of the body per workout, end up focusing on building or training that area at the expense of working other areas. If done correctly, full body workouts can help participants meet their fitness goals more efficiently.
