Male participants will complete: 

  • A 3-km run 
  • 60 push-ups 
  • 100 crunches 
  • 30 180-degree squats 

Female participants will complete:

  • A 1.5-km run
  • 30 push-ups
  • 50 crunches
  • 15 180-degree squats

Awards will be granted based on the best time for each category. One male and one female will be awarded for first, second and third places. For more information, interested individuals may visit the recreation desk at the HBKU Student Center from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
