Dr. Ali Almanna is a series editor of Routledge Studies in Arabic Translation (London/New York: Routledge). He obtained his PhD in Translation Studies from the University of Durham (UK) and his MA in Translation Studies from Westminster University (UK). Currently, he is Associate Professor of Translation Studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, College of Humanities and Social Sciences. In addition to many articles published in peer-reviewed journals, he is the author, editor, and translator of several publications. His recent publications include:
