About the Coach
Director and Co-founder of Ghaya Management Training, Ms. Al Mohannadi has strong experience working with CEOs in developing strategies and managing change in organizations. She is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a consultant for the development of strategies and approved performance.
She has trained and provided guidance to many entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium businesses to develop their skills in business administration and establish their enterprises. She has also provided many training programs and various workshops for entrepreneurs, managers and owners of small and medium enterprises in several organizations.
She established and developed a training program for technical literacy for women in 2005. The program, which continued until 2009, focused on building technological capabilities, from basics to advanced stages. More than 500 female participants have graduated from this program so far.
