In pursuit of the Center’s objective of creating awareness particularly among young people regarding the contribution of Muslims to civilization, the center organizes periodic competitions (biennially) for undergraduate students. It is our conviction that such competitions are one of the most effective means of introducing young people – the leaders of future generations of the Muslim Ummah and humanity at large – to Islam and the contribution of its scholars to the forward march of civilization. The first competition was held in 2017 and was related to the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The topic for this year’s competition is: MUSLIM INTELLECTUAL LIFE IN 2nd CENTURY HIJRI/8th CENTURY CE BAGHDAD
