Through this webinar series for Early Career Researchers (ECR), QBRI will feature inspiring talks from pioneers about their personal journey in a scientific career, with the aim of sparking conversation among young minds to actively pursue personal and professional development.
A career development plan is a road map toward your ambitions. For ECRs, it is essential to begin envisioning long-term goals, identifying measures of success and resiliently working towards these by creating an actionable career plan. In this webinar, we talk to Dr. Richard O’Kennedy about his inspirational career in science and seek guidance on strategizing career development in a highly uncertain and competitive era.
