The Hadaba Initiative of the College of Public Policy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University is excited to announce it will be hosting the Summit of the Future: Hadaba Edition.
The three-day event, the Hadaba Edition, will parallel the UN’s 'Summit of the Future: Multilateral Solutions for a Better Tomorrow' in New York, focusing on supporting the Pact for the Future process. Recognizing the critical importance of the renewed social contract outlined in the UN's Common Agenda, we aim to align our efforts and initiatives with these principles to effectively contribute to this global framework.
A particularly unique aspect of the Hadaba Edition is its emphasis on Inner Development Goals (IDG), which signals a shift towards recognizing the importance of fostering personal growth and development as foundational to achieving sustainable futures.
The Summit of the Future: Hadaba Edition is more than just a conference; it's a dynamic, interactive, and collaborative event designed to inspire and mobilize a diverse audience of students from K-12 to universities, and professionals from both the public and private sectors.
