Dr. Kim Moloney’s research focuses on the intersection of the public administration discipline with international organizations, transnational administration, and good governance and the intersection of the public administration discipline with the unique administrative and policy challenges of small states and small island states.
She has published nearly 20 journal articles in publications including Public Administration Review, American Review of Public Administration, Pacific Review, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Global Policy, and International Review of Administrative Sciences.
Dr. Moloney is a Co-Editor of the Book Series on Transnational Administration and Global Policy with Bristol University Press. Additionally, she serves on the editorial board of the Asia-Pacific Journal of Public Administration along with Administrative Theory & Praxis.
She is currently working on a solo-authored book (Who Matters at the World Bank) with Oxford University Press which is expected to be published by early 2022.
She is co-chair of the COVID-19 Committee of the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA), where she is currently serving until April 2023. From April 2019 to April 2021, Dr. Moloney was the elected Chair of the Section on International and Comparative Administration within ASPA.
