A brain-based community class that teaches participants about their mind, body and the interconnection between them in a holistic sense. The class is conducted in English, and participation is open to women only.

COURSE SESSIONS:

Session 1: Initial Brain Awakening Workshop 
Date: October 1, 2017
Time: 5:00 – 8:00 pm 

This course helps participants learn more about their bodies and brains, and helps them identify their sources of tension, blocks and weaknesses, as well as the emotions tied to them. 

Through this course, participants are able to:

• Learn more about themselves
• Learn how to manage their physical bodies 
• Better understand the interconnection between body, mind and spirit 
• Take better care of their emotions 
• Generate more energy and be more active in day-to-day life 

Session 2: Heart Opening Workshop
Date: October 2, 2017
Time: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm 

Participants are able to benefit from better circulation within their bodies upon completion of this workshop, which will help them feel positive and more energized.

Session 3: Wooden Pillow
Date: October 3, 2017
Time: 5:00 – 7:00 pm 

This course helps participants identify a carefully crafted self-massage tool to help get fast relief from the effects of stress and tension in their bodies. It teaches participants how to restore alignment and balance.

Through this course, participants are able to:

• Sleep better through the night 
• Release pains in abdomen, low back, spine, calf, sole/foot 
• Relieve lower back pain, shoulder/neck pain, headaches and high blood pressure
• Reduce fatigue and feel more energized 
• Relax neck muscles and realign vertebrae 

PAYMENT AND REGISTERATION INFORMATION:

Registration fees are QAR 1,000. Payments are accepted via card only, and must be made within three days of registration. Refunds cannot be issued upon cancellation.
