A presentation of Spanish and Hispanic food, this workshop will educate students about the gastronomy of Spanish-speaking countries. Instructors will present food from Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela and Chile, to represent the food culture of the 21 Spanish-speaking countries.
The workshop will be held in English and Spanish.
