Banna Al-Naimi is a Senior Administrative Officer at the College of Islamic Studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University. She holds a BSc in Chemistry and brings over 20 years of administrative experience across research centers, legal departments, and academic institutions.

Ms. Al-Naimi has led public relations initiatives, coordinated international conferences, and supported research and postgraduate programs. She is recognized for her strong organizational skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and her ability to deliver high-impact academic and research events.

Her work includes coordinating conferences, seminars, workshops, and public lectures; providing operational support for faculty, research, and publications; liaising with internal departments, external partners, and vendors; overseeing budgeting, procurement, and logistics; supporting postgraduate students through thesis and defense processes; and contributing to communications, branding, and outreach strategies.
