Biography

Noora Al-Shukri earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. After graduation, she joined the Ministry of Public Health and worked as an epidemiology coordinator.

 

Research Interests

  • Studying the role of iPSCs in treating type II diabetes
  • Differentiating iPSCs into pancreatic beta cells and using them for clinical applications
  • Regulation of gene expression
