Bakhita Rashid Meqbel is a Senior Research Associate at the Diabetes Research Center, Qatar Biomedical Research Institute. She received her PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences in Hamad Bin Khalifa University in 2022, and graduated with a master’s in Biomedical Science in Health Management, after she majored in Biomedical Science from Qatar University, Qatar. Bakhita previously worked at Hamad Medical Corporation in the Department of Medicine and Pathology Laboratory - Microbiology lab as a Senior Lab Technologist.
