Mr. Rwaili is currently working at Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s (HBKU) Provost Office as the Director of Academic Administration. He holds a License in Public Administration Law from the Université de Rouen, France, and a master’s degree in Public Policy from HBKU, Qatar. He has also completed an Executive Leadership Program from HEC Paris Business School.
Mohammed has more than 10 years’ experience in management and academic administration. He is responsible for the development of the academic affairs business plans as well as related academic administration policies and procedures. He is also responsible for providing assessment and progress reports to the provost assisting on various academic decisions.
Prior to assuming his current position, he was responsible for identifying the organization’s functional issues and devised a plan to overcome them and proposed strategies and business processes to improve efficiency at the Qatar Foundation headquarters. He was also responsible for reviewing the foundation policies and procedures and developing relationships with department managers and senior leadership to ensure coherence and operational efficiency.
