Olink Explore-3072 platform is based on the Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology. It is a high-throughput protein biomarker discovery platform used to measure the concentration of thousands of human plasma or serum proteins using minimum amounts of sample (10 μl). Olink Explore comprises entire libraries of 384, 1536, 3072 and 5400 HT validated protein assays, covering all major biological pathways. It covers higher abundance proteins, significantly increases both sample and data throughput for each run while maintaining Olink’s unparalleled sensitivity, specificity, and precision at high multiplex.
