This lecture explores how Colombia is rethinking its foreign policy through South cooperation, including the establishment of new embassies and the diversification of political, economic, and cultural partnerships worldwide, with a growing strategic focus on the Middle East. The session will highlight Colombia’s evolving diplomatic strategy, its commitment to dialogue, multilateralism, and cooperation, and the opportunities this approach creates for deeper collaboration between Latin America and the Middle East across politics, economics, education, and culture.
