This public lecture explores Uzbekistan’s evolving foreign policy, the Central Asia+ framework and its growing strategic partnership with Qatar. The discussion will examine regional cooperation, economic diplomacy, connectivity and opportunities for deeper collaboration between Central Asia and the Gulf.
