Led by Asad Bandeali, this session explores how empathy can strengthen leadership and decision-making in healthcare, particularly when addressing barriers to access and inclusion. Participants will get a deeper understanding of how the lived experiences of patients, families and communities inform more responsive, equitable and human-centered health policies and services.
The session will highlight empathy not simply as a leadership quality, but as a practical tool for identifying unmet needs, navigating complex stakeholder perspectives, and designing healthcare solutions that better serve diverse communities.
The event will be held in English.
