Event Starts in:
College of Law

This is an event featuring multiple panel discussions organized by the UNESCO Chair on Environmental Law and Sustainable Development at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), in collaboration with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar, Invest Qatar, and the GCC Branch of the International Law Association.

Building on the outcomes of a high-level dialogue on international investment agreements held in Geneva in February 2025, this event aims to convene leading global experts, policymakers, investors, practitioners, and business stakeholders to explore strategies for advancing international investment promotion and facilitation frameworks.

The discussions will focus on how these frameworks can support the realization of the Qatar National Vision 2030 and contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.
