Biography
Ms. AlAnoud M. Al-Mosleh is a Senior Legal Professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, corporate governance, and policy advocacy. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Resolution from Fordham University School of Law, New York, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Qatar University College of Law. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) with her thesis titled “Balancing Foreign Investment and National Sovereignty: Proposing a Legal Framework for Regulatory Stability and Investor Protection in Qatar.” Her research interests include foreign direct investment, regulatory reform, corporate governance, and international arbitration.
She currently serves as Head of Research and Policy Advocacy at the Investment Promotion Agency in Qatar (Invest Qatar). Previously, as a Legal Counsel, she advised government-owned companies and international law firms, gaining significant experience in ICC arbitration, commercial contracts, maritime law, and alternative dispute resolution. She has also handled board operations, providing governance, compliance, and risk management support across a portfolio of affiliate companies.
