HBKU students who require an official document or transcript, should request this through the online application available on the university’s website. The Registrar’s Office will issue the requested documents and notify the requester.

Official transcripts are prepared in accordance with the policies of HBKU. All official transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office. Transcripts will not be released or transferred to a third party without the student’s written consent. Official transcripts are the recorded results of the student's academic work.
Students should note the following:
- Students are eligible to request and receive the official transcripts during their study at HBKU.
- Students under financial hold are not authorized to receive an official transcript.
- Students will receive the official transcripts after graduation along with their diploma.
- A transcript includes the essential information pertaining to the student’s full name, date of birth, HBKU Student ID, program, level, major, courses, grades, GPA, CGPA, quality points and earned credits, transfer credits, academic standing, degrees awarded, and graduation semester.

The Diploma is a legal document that certifies the completion of a degree program. It is signed by the President of the university and the College Dean. The original Diploma is issued only once and is provided in English. However, students can request an additional Diploma in Arabic for a fee of QR 400. Students can also request a replacement of their Diploma in case of loss or damage for a fee of QR 500.
Process: Students need to secure a payment of QR 400 at the Cashier, on the second floor at Qatar Foundation Headquarters located in Education City, or by money transfer to this account:
