Degree Audits evaluate students’ academic progress toward degree completion. It validates whether the student has completed the exact degree requirements as per the study plan. The Registrar’s Office will evaluate students’ academic progress toward degree completion and confirm that all degree requirements have been met to award their degree every semester (Fall and Spring).
The audit will display all the courses the student has taken or is currently registered for. It will also show any degree, major, or concentration requirements that are being met either by the courses previously taken or that may be met upon satisfactory completion of courses in progress. Additional degree requirements such as overall credits, senior college credit for the undergraduate students, and thesis/dissertation requirements for graduate students will also be evaluated.
The Registrar’s Office will share the degree audit with the college to confirm the eligibility of the students to graduate by the end of the semester.
