The UNESCO Chair on Environmental Law and Sustainable Development at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) is hosting the second lecture in the Distinguished Speaker Series, titled “Accelerating Energy Security in an Era of Transitions, Tensions and Technological Transformations.”
The session will feature His Excellency Dr. Philip Mshelbila, Secretary General, Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), known for his decades of leadership in the global energy sector, advancing innovative business and diplomatic solutions that support energy security, the energy transition, and sustainable development.
