A-Sense proudly participated in the second edition of Qatar Medicare, the country’s premier international healthcare and medical trade exhibition and conference held from 11–13 November 2025 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). The event brought together global healthcare leaders, innovators, and practitioners to exchange knowledge and explore emerging trends shaping the future of health services in Qatar and beyond.
As part of Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s College of Science and Engineering delegation, the A-Sense center contributed to showcasing the university’s advancements in digital health innovation and human-centered research.
During the exhibition, the A-Sense team presented a live demo of the project, “Engagement Assessment During Learning for Children with Autism,” which introduces an AI-driven approach to understanding attentional and behavioral engagement through multimodal cues. This work reflects the center’s commitment to developing ethical, evidence-based technologies that support learners on the autism spectrum and empower educators and clinicians.
We are delighted to share that CSE, HBKU, received the Certificate of Excellence as Medical Educator of the Year, recognizing its continued commitment to advancing health innovation and shaping future leaders in science and engineering.
A-Sense is honored to contribute to Qatar’s digital health ecosystem and remains committed to developing inclusive, impactful technologies that support individuals on the autism spectrum.
