On April 24, 2025, the United Nations hosted the roundtable “AutismTech 2025: Reflection and the Road Ahead,” organized by Qatar’s Permanent Mission to the UN in collaboration with Hamad Bin Khalifa University, UNICEF, WHO, and other partners. Dr. Dena Al-Thani and Dr. Marwa Qaraqe presented key outcomes from the AutismTech 2025 Conference, highlighting innovations in autism research, technology, and early diagnosis. The discussion emphasized Qatar’s commitment to empowering individuals with autism through inclusive policies, education, healthcare, and community engagement, reflecting the country’s long-term vision for an inclusive society.
