Dr. Anupriya Madhukumar Geethakumari is a cell biologist with over seven years of postdoctoral research experience in cell-based assay development, recombinant biosensor engineering, and biomarker discovery. She earned her PhD in Biotechnology from Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, India. Her PhD research investigated the molecular mechanism underlying vascular permeability during dengue virus infections. The postdoctoral training at the College of Health and Life Sciences, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, focused on engineering recombinant biosensors to study viral proteases and their inhibitors. Her work has contributed to multiple patents and over 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Anupriya Madhukumar Geethakumari has joined as a postdoctoral fellow at the Translational Oncology Research Center, reporting to Dr. Vladimir Katanaev.
