Overview
The Muhammad Bin Hamad Al Thani Center for Muslim Contribution to Civilization (CMCC) was established in 1983 in Doha, Qatar, with the aim of contributing to initiatives to promote tolerance, coexistence, and constructive dialogue among nations and cultures.

Translations and Publications
Translation of Arabic works into major international languages, and translation of related works from international languages into Arabic.
Events Organization
Organization of conferences, seminars, and student research competitions on Islamic civilization, and publication of the proceedings after review.
Collaborations
Establishment of contacts, coordination, and cooperation links with local and international entities and institutions that share common interests.
Honors and Awards
Sheikh Hamad Award for Translation and International Understanding “Achievement Prize” category with a cash prize of US $100,000.
