CIS is the home of scholars and students who are committed to study Islam from the perspective of diverse disciplines, and furthermore contribute to its rooted revival. With its international and interdisciplinary academic environment, unique architecture, and outstanding facilities, CIS offers an enjoyable, stimulating, and motivating experience to study and to learn. Students will find themselves immersed in an education that is comparative, critical, applicable, and most importantly rooted in rich Islamic knowledge traditions.
The PhD program had given me a more in-depth understanding of some of the legal issues that I studied in my previous degree, as well as helped open a new path for possible financial and legal work in the future.
Within my two terms now, I have been pleased and enlightened by the professors at HBKU and their knowledge of current affairs in the financial world.
