Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems provide departments with accurate and accessible shared data. The HBKU HR Department adopts modules to help automate an array of tasks for employees through a self-service portal, where users are able to input important information for enterprise planning and optimization.
The self-service portal gives users access to the following HR-related documents and data:
- Personal/employment information
- Beneficiary update
- Document uploads
- Children’s education reimbursement request
- Leave application, return, modification, and cancellation
- HR letters (bank letters, salary certificates, and embassy letters)
