Database

The IPDD database tracks how states are using legal tools and policy initiatives to govern a range of sectors, including AI, cybersecurity, digital economy, e-commerce, semiconductors, and broader industrial policies. The database is an invaluable resource in tracking how such regulations and policy measures, which have a considerable impact on global trade and investment flows, are developing and expanding across the globe.

Database Objectives

To support policy research on trade law, international economic law, and digital development-related projects and research.

To facilitate legal analysis of emerging industrial policies.

To foster evolving discussions on the future of trade law, international economic law, and the role of expanding regulation.
