Qatar and its Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) partners are currently engaged in efforts to reduce their reliance on hydrocarbons for economic growth. The CSE’s Yusuf Bicer explains why steps being taken now and, in the future, could lead to the region becoming a renewable energy and clean fuel hub.
