What is World Refugee Day?
In line with World Refugee Day, the College of Islamic Studies (CIS) is organizing an event to highlight the daily suffering and challenges that refugees face inlight of the deteriorating living and economic conditions. Refugees suffer from a lack of access to basic social services, and they live in slums or camps that are not befitting of humanity.
CIS will contribute to the recognition of refugee conditions with the aim of supporting and advocating refugees around the world morally and humanely. This event is a plea for what refugees need around the world.
