Qatar’s Family Law aims to protect Qatari families and strengthen the nation’s domestic stability. This law has numerous features that render it comprehensive, realistic, and free of sectarian bias.

However, as with any other civil law, there is a continual need to reconsider and improve some of the articles of Family Law for the benefit of the community.

This lecture will explore some of the features and loopholes of Qatar’s Family Law.
