The sessions will be highly interactive and will involve discussions, group exercises, case studies and short group presentations.

Session 2

Skills and qualities leaders need.
Techniques to enhance interpersonal effective leadership skills.
 
Session 3
11:00 am - 12 pm 
Role playing exercises on leadership (individual and group).
 
Session 4
12:45 pm - 2:00 pm
Discussion on a case study/article (participants should read the case prior to this session).

Session 2

Session 3

Implications of sustainability management on leadership and change.
Resisting change and techniques to minimize resistance.
 
Session 4
12:45 pm - 2:00 pm
What is innovation? How does it lead to sustainability?
Discussion on innovation/entrepreneurship/change and leadership.
What is the relationship?
The importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.
