• Having effective conversations (Transactional Analysis)
• Being a visible leader through sponsorship and networking 

Day 3: Investing in My Skills (2 hours)

• Building presence and Influence through what and how you communicate
• Communicating a compelling vision
• Understanding and adapting communication styles
